Educational practices of nutritionists: educational perspectives expressed in the PSE

ABSTRACT Health education is a knowledge production process that expands people’s critical and reflective awareness. The objective of the study was to analyze educational practices nutritionists in School Program related perspectives. This qualitative, explanatory study, carried out through semi-structured interviews with 22 10 host cities health regions state Piauí, Northeast region Brazil. were transcribed analyzed according content analysis by Bardin. After such analysis, they submitted IRaMuTeQ software presented word clouds similarity analysis. practice guidance, transfer, intervention. Action planning, situational diagnosis, time, resources considered reports for carrying practices. As conditions, schools do not always inform professionals about demands actions. For participants, protagonist facing these actions there lack intersectoriality between health. practices, general, are guided transmission knowledge, changes behavior, an authoritarian nature. suggests another perspective participation society focused on autonomy subject.
